“Headless” Printing
The Virtual Print Driver supports “headless” printing, which makes the print driver available without any user input. A configuration file is used to provide information about the target capture lifecycle so indexing rules can be applied. This allows the VPD to be used in a server-side printing environment to capture document print-streams directly into the DocuNECT repository.
